I Features.
1. having the presetting torque number and sentinel equipment. When a fastener's tightening torque reaches the pre-set number, the wrench will clatter and give an obvious feeling of shaking.
After releasing the aing force, the relevant spare parts can be automatically reset.
2. The shell of BA, AC is made of the aluminum alloy, and the shell of TL is made of the special steel pipes.
3. TL torque wrench has a two-way ratchet wheel on the head, guaranteeing more convenient for use.
II use methods
1. According to the work requirement, set the presetting torque.
2. when presetting the torque number, please put the regulating key into the end of a wrench, and then revolve the key until the regulating scale mark reaches the torque number required. After that, just pull out the key. When you preset torque number for BA, please pull out the red plastic handle at the end of a wrench and then bend and wind it until the regulating scale mark reaches the torque number required. After that, replace the red plastic handle.
3. Please put a bushing onto the wrench as well as the fastener. And put your hand on the handle and gradually exert your stress until you hear "clatter", the signal of getting the preset torque number. now, you have finished your job.
4. if the wrench is not used for a long time, you'd better put the regulating scale mark to the minimum torque number.

IV Precautions
1.When using the wrenches, do not put strength too extremely or beyond the range of torque. After hearing the signal, please do release the applied force immediately.
2.The wrenches are needed to handle with care and should not be used as a hammer.
3.The wrenches should be kept in a dry place in case of rustiness.
4.when using the large wrenches, please use extension bars to conneed with wrench handles to save strength.
TLB high precision testing torque wrenches
I. the scope of application
  TLB is a meter indicator used to measuring any torques of the screw thread fasteners within the measurement range. TLB can be especially used on measuring torques of the fasteners required with high accuracy.
1.before using, please adjust the zero point in the first place
1)if you want to rotate wrenches to right，please spin the button on the panel in an anticlockwise way until the red driven needle and the black driving needle are getting closed; meanwhile, please rotate the shell to make the driven needle get to the zero point of the panel torque scale.
2)If you want to rotate wrenches to left, please spin the button on the panel in an clockwise way until the red driven needle and the black driving needle are getting closed; meanwhile, please rotate the shell to make the driven needle get to the zero point of the panel torque scale. 
2.Please exert the strength slowly and oothly until the needles get the required torque.
3.After sping using the strength, the black driving needle will come back to the zero point and the red driven needle will still stay in the scale value indicated and the torque can be read accurately. If you turn the button on the panel, the red driven needle will come back to the zero point .

1.Please do not knockdown or hit the wrenches at pleasure in case of doing harms to the accuracy.
2.The outer ring of the panel is made of plastic, so please do not get wrenches close to high temperature.
3.Do not get beyond the range of the torque values
4.The wrenches are not allowed to use for loosing fasteners in case that the overload will have bad effe on the accuracy.
