二. GC7028無轉(zhuǎn)子硫化儀軟件功能介紹
1．測試標準化：合GB/T16584《橡膠－用無轉(zhuǎn)子硫化儀測定特性硫化》、ISO6502:
1991及AS5289－95 。
2．試品資料：設(shè)定的膠料編號名，如“外胎5號”，“RBS6“等等。用戶如需另加標題
名稱說明打印的圖紙時，可設(shè)定任何形式的標題文字說明。
3．功能的說明：人性化設(shè)計的優(yōu)良功能是在測試過程中可以修改測量時間，
膠料估計20分鐘硫化完成，設(shè)20分鐘測量時間，實做11分鐘時發(fā)現(xiàn)9分，10分處就已經(jīng)硫化完成，這時已沒要再往下做，“修改測量時間”下的20分為9分或10分，按“送出”，實驗立即停止在9或10分上，畫出完整硫化曲線，計算出數(shù)據(jù)。如果實驗做到18分，19分鐘要結(jié)束時硫化曲線仍在往上升，硫化還未完成，實驗須再往下做，否則得出的數(shù)據(jù)是錯誤的。這時可修改測量時間為25分或更多，讓實驗繼續(xù)，直到硫化完成為止。這一功能無疑大大方便了用戶，節(jié)約了寶貴時間和膠料。
4．圖形曲線尺度自動化Auto Scale，測量完成后，軟件將根據(jù)測量數(shù)值大小按0—5
Mv 0—10Mv 0-20Mv自動調(diào)整Y標度，使曲線更美觀，多曲線對比，不同的膠料，不同的曲線形狀，不同的測量時間，亦可進行對比。
5．數(shù)據(jù)庫：軟件預先設(shè)定了100個編號的數(shù)據(jù)庫。每一個庫可以存入無限組測量數(shù)據(jù)。面對幾個月幾年幾十年成千上萬組數(shù)據(jù)日后查詢方便，用戶可以將不同時間段的數(shù)據(jù)放入不同的數(shù)據(jù)庫中，設(shè)定數(shù)據(jù)庫地址的目的就在于此。
6．測試結(jié)束自動存檔，測試完畢自動求算t10、t30、t50、t70、t90、ts1、ts2、Vc1、Vc2、
