合標準：16 CFR 1500.48 ASTM F 963 4.8 EN.12 操作原理：試驗器有槽端有一寬0.04英寸長0.045英寸的矩形開口, 兩個參考尺寸尖銳度由被測該口的深度為0.015英寸深處的傳感頭, 并能克服彈力為0.5磅的彈簧使傳感頭再移動0.005英寸, 即被確認為尖銳點. 要求：槽開口不大于0.040×0.045英寸, 觸及深度不小于0.015英寸, 作用力不過1磅.：測試方法
1.尖點測試器調(diào)校程序
a.順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)/松開/鎖環(huán)。
b.順時針轉(zhuǎn)動尾蓋，直到紅色指示燈亮。
c.逆時針慢慢轉(zhuǎn)動尾蓋，直到指示燈剛好熄滅。
d.向前/后轉(zhuǎn)動尾蓋，確定指示燈剛好亮時確切位置。
e.參考尾蓋上的微米刻度線標注校正的位置。
f.逆時針轉(zhuǎn)動尾蓋5格刻度線（帽上兩短線之間的距離為一格）。
g.扭緊鎖環(huán)，直至緊靠尾蓋。
2.尖點測試程序
a.樣品在進行尖點測試前須在室溫為23±2℃、濕度為20%～70%的環(huán)境內(nèi)放置4小時。
b.將放入尖點測試器測量槽內(nèi)/握住測試物/垂直自由的施加共重1LBS（4.5N）的力，通過測試量槽位至測試。
判定：測試燈亮則為不合格

1 sharp point tester calibration procedure
a.順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)/松開/鎖環(huán)。
A. clockwise / release / lock ring.
b.順時針轉(zhuǎn)動尾蓋，直到紅色指示燈亮。
B. clockwise rotating tail cover, until the red indicator light.
c.逆時針慢慢轉(zhuǎn)動尾蓋，直到指示燈剛好熄滅。
C. clockwise slowly turn the tail cover, until the light was extinguished.
d.向前/后轉(zhuǎn)動尾蓋，確定指示燈剛好亮時確切位置。
D. forward / back turn tail cover, determine the indicator lamp just bright when the exact location.
e.參考尾蓋上的微米刻度線標注校正的位置。

f.逆時針轉(zhuǎn)動尾蓋5格刻度線（帽上兩短線之間的距離為一格）。
